These terms govern your access to Select Codes, its component library, and paid memberships.
1. The service
Select Codes provides a first-party digital library of UI components, design patterns, code snippets, templates, and related developer software. All paid resources offered through the service are created, owned, maintained, and licensed directly by Select Codes. We do not operate a multi-vendor marketplace, accept third-party seller listings, or resell user-generated products. We may update, improve, or discontinue parts of the service as the product evolves.
2. Accounts and acceptable use
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. Do not share account access, attempt to bypass access controls, or use the service in a way that harms the service or other users.
3. License to use paid resources
While your membership is active, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use paid Select Codes resources in personal, commercial, and client projects.
- You may modify resources to build your own products and client work.
- You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or publish the source resources as a competing library, template collection, or standalone download.
- You may not remove copyright or license notices included with a resource.
4. Subscriptions, billing, and cancellation
Paid memberships are billed monthly or yearly at the price displayed at checkout, plus any applicable taxes. Prices, billing frequency, and renewal terms are shown before purchase. Unless cancelled, a subscription renews automatically for the next billing period.
Payments are processed by Gumroad. Gumroad's buyer terms and payment policies apply to the transaction. You can manage or cancel a subscription through your Gumroad receipt or Library.
Cancellation prevents the next renewal and does not immediately end access. You may continue using paid resources until the end of the current billing period. After the membership ends, you may continue using resources already incorporated into projects created during an active membership, but you may not access new paid resources or updates.
5. Intellectual property
Select Codes and its original content, branding, and service features are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except for the license expressly granted above, no rights are transferred to you.
6. Availability and disclaimers
We aim to keep the service available and accurate, but it is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. You are responsible for reviewing and testing code before using it in production.
7. Changes and contact
We may update these terms when the service or applicable law changes. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. For product questions, contact us at hey@select.codes.
