Refund Policy

1. Payment processing

Gumroad processes Select Codes payments, purchase receipts, and subscription billing under its applicable buyer terms and payment policies.

2. Cancelling a subscription

You may cancel at any time to prevent future renewals. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period unless otherwise stated at checkout. You can manage the subscription from your Gumroad receipt or Library.

You will retain access to paid resources until that billing period ends. Resources already incorporated into projects created during an active membership may continue to be used after cancellation, subject to our license terms. Access to new paid resources and future updates ends with the membership.

3. Refund requests

You may request a refund within 7 days of your first paid membership purchase. Because access to digital source resources is provided immediately, refunds are reviewed case by case and are not guaranteed. We may consider account usage, downloaded or accessed resources, technical issues, and any applicable consumer-protection law.

The 7-day request period applies only to the initial paid membership purchase and does not restart for renewals or later billing periods. Renewal payments are generally non-refundable unless required by law or caused by a duplicate charge, billing error, or material service-access failure that we cannot resolve.

Accounts suspended or terminated for violating our terms, including account sharing or redistributing paid resources, are not eligible for a refund to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable consumer rights that apply to you.

Approved refunds are issued through Gumroad to the original payment method. Gumroad may apply its buyer terms and processing requirements, and processing times depend on the payment method.
